The elaboration of the book entitled “Sejenak Hening” and my thought: :p
There will always be a time to think about everything, to do what we need to do.
What rare about time is to enjoy what we are doing right here, right now.
We tend to think about yesterdays and worry about futures. We all do.
The fact is we always have more time to do what we have to do than to do what we want to do.
So, why not be slow down a for a while?
To catch the green leaves around, to watch the birds sing, to see the cloud, the moon, to smile with stranger, to allow another car to pass, to make our favorite drink, and to eat without doing anything else except eating.
Be presence.. be mindful.. be soulful.
There will always time for everything.
But there will always not much time for everything either.
Be slow down in the morning and be aware of our breath..
When did the last time we realize that we are breathing?
