A reason

We must have a reason to change.

We must have more than just a goal setting or future plan that can be calculated in numbers and scheduled on calendar.

We must have commitment to not look back, do the same habit.

We must forgive ourselves.

We must have that level of faith that goes so deep to always keep ourselves in the new track.

We must do small actions that will become attitude.

We must have a noble reason, to change.
